The Right Real Estate Agent

People don't talk about it a lot. But finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.

First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that. Anything less than full-time realtor would result in part-time satisfaction in your home-buying experience.

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need. My children have grown up in the Edmond ISD and we have lived in Edmond the past 9 years.

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process. Once we meet in person, you decide how you would like to stay connected. Whether it be by phone, e-mail, texting, or a combination of all, you will always be informed every step of the real estate transaction.  

Fourth, You will want an agent who at the end of the closing you will be comfortable in referring to your friends, families, and co-workers. The highest compliment you can ever give to your realtor, is a referral. As your realtor, I will continually strive to provide you the best service possible and work to earn your future business and referrals.
