My New Blog

It has been an interesting week. My Oak Tree property went to a website auction site last Saturday and didn't sell. My first reaction was surprise, followed by "what happens next" mentality. After speaking to the corporate owner, the property was pulled from the auction site and is now being marketed through the regular Realtor channels. I will be curious to see if the price is slashed, or if the house will remain at the current asking price. Stay tuned for further Oak Tree updates.
