In real estate, you never know if a seemingly easy real estate contract will close. This week one of my clients got a second chance at a house she desperately wanted. Her dream house had gone pending in February with an anticipated March closing. As March came and went, I had doubts if this contract would progress to the closing table. Sure enough, today we found out the first buyer was not going to complete the deal. Now I normally would not advocate waiting for a house, but in this case, my buyer was in no hurry to move and she took a gamble and won.
