Most buyers don't consider having a mold inspection. Sure they have the property inspections and the termite inspection, but mold inspections just aren't normally requested. When should you consider a mold inspection? I would suggest a mold inspection for a houses that has been vacant for an extended period, or appear to have been neglected by the owner.
