In real estate the old saying goes "if your business has slowed, take a vacation". Well I just got back from an Alaskan Cruise, and wouldn't you know it. My associate who was handling my calls stayed very busy this past week. In fact, 2 offers were accepted and my buyers couldn't be happier. Normally this is a slow period for Realtors, with school starting back. However,this just goes to show you 2009 has not been a predictable year for the real estate market.
