In case some of you didn't hear, "The Oklahoman" reported recently a story from Military.com. Research was done on 379 major US metros to identify the 10 best places for service members to retire. Oklahoma City won the #2 position in the top ten. Only Waco, Texas came in ahead. Factors that contributed to our high ranking: proximity to military base, how the state taxes military pensions, and other qualify of life issues such as cost of living.

It is always a pleasure to pass along positive information about our great city. I have always been an advocate of the OKC area, now it appears others are taking notice too:)
