With winter hopefully over with this past weekends freak snow storm, the market has finally begun to show some spark. Most of the activity has been with first time homebuyers taking advantage of the $8000 tax credit. I have been surprised that first time homebuyers are not your typical 20 somethings, but adults who have been renting for the past several years. I hope this credit along with the low interest rates will jump start the 2009 homebuying season.
