I just experienced my first sight unseen real estate transaction. Boy was it ever interesting. It all started over a year ago with an out of state buyer who contacted me about an REO in a golf course community. My buyer continued to watch this property as each price reduction came and went. Finally the buyer made a move. The bank countered a few times before a purchase price was agreed upon and inspections were set. 1 year later, I finally met my out of state client at the inspections. What a memorable experience, both for myself and my buyer.
