One of my young first-time buyers called me last week in a frenzy. "I have no water" she cried. My first response was "Have you paid the bill? :) After she assured me she had indeed made her payment, we talked about some of the causes. I remembered that the seller had purchased a home warranty for my buyer from AHS. I asked her to calmly call the 800 number and ask for a plumber to assess the problem.Within 24 hours, plumber arrived tackled the problem and my young homeowner was calm once again.

A homewarranty can provide some peace of mind to a new homeowner. As with any warranty, a homeowner needs to read the fine print to know what the warranty covers and does not cover. Please ask me about the AHS home warranty. I would be happy to send you a copy.
